1. Begin collecting pictures of designs you like. You'll begin to see patterns in color, wood species, window styles, etc. These patterns are helpful to our design team when designing the project of your dreams. We also can provide assistance with alternatives and suggestions to enhance your ideas.

2. Establish your budget. This isn't as difficult as it may sound. Begin to understand your home's value. Explore home values in your neighborhood. Whether using money you have saved, or financing your project through a home equity loan, decide how much you're willing to spend to make improvements on your home.

3. Discuss your time frame. How soon will you be ready to begin construction on your home? Be sure to consider any holiday or entertaining activities you may have planned for the future.
