As a design/build firm, RCI is dedicated to
your satisfaction, both in the creative design and quality
construction. Under the guidance of your Design/Build Manager, the
design team listens to your needs, provides counsel on the best use of
space and materials, all the while keeping your budget and lifestyle in
mind. The production team, also under the guidance of your Design/Build
Manager, makes sure the project remains within the designated budget
and provides you with updates regarding your project's schedule. We
understand that the success of a project is not measured by the design
alone, or by the quality of the construction, but rather in how these
elements are brought together to best achieve your needs and desires.
We also believe a successful project is achieved by using the expertise
of several individuals who operate as a team, and act as an advocate
for you. We want you to not only enjoy your new living space, but to
also enjoy the process you experienced to acquire this new space. Our
design/build team includes:
The
Design/Build Manager creates the design, develops the plans, and
oversees all construction
details. The
Design/Build Manager also estimates the cost of your project and also
directs the design/build team on your behalf, from design through
completion.
The Architect creates the
design, develops the plans and oversees all construction details. All
RCI structural designs are created or reviewed by our licensed
architect.
The Interior Designer and Design Coordinator
assists you in determining your material selections and pays attention
to every design detail affecting your project. They
also work closely with you and the architect to assure design
continuity and historic accuracy, if applicable.
The Production Manager is
directly responsible for the construction of your project. He develops
and updates the construction schedule and supervises the production
team and carpentry staff.
The Production Coordinator is
responsible for ordering all of the materials and scheduling the
subcontractors necessary for your project.
The Lead Carpenter is RCI's
on-site project manager, responsible for project productivity, security
and cleanliness of your home. The lead carpenter is your daily contact
throughout the construction of your new living space.
The Business Manager provides
you with statements of billing and other forms of communication.
