Although this home has Lac LaBelle frontage,
the home lacked curb appeal. So the owners of this 1970s ranch in
Oconomowoc asked us for a street-side facelift. Our 2000 remodel
included removing some overgrown trees, making the new brick chimney
the focal point with an attractive new design, and adding more glass to
allow for views of the lake from the front entry and all the way
through the house.
This project earned RCI a Gold Milwaukee NARI Wisconsin Remodeler of
the Year in the "Best Exterior Transformation" category.
