The goal of this remodeling project was to
make better use of an unused outdoor courtyard that was located between
the kitchen and garage. This 1970s-era condominium had belonged to a
gentleman before he recently married. To make his bride happy, he
agreed to her idea of moving the laundry room downstairs, and expanding
the kitchen space into an unused courtyard.
