This condo is located on Prospect Avenue in Milwaukee’s popular lower east side. This unit’s homeowner asked us to update the level of finishes in his home. We replaced one kitchen wall with a breakfast bar, and replaced all the 1980s-era dark-stained millwork and particle board cabinetry with solid natural cherry wood. We also replaced the laminate countertops with granite, vinyl flooring with ceramic tile, and hollow core and plastic accordian doors with solid cherry ones.
