This whole house transformation was designed by Kent Johnson Architects, and built by RCI. The goal was to give the home a modern facelift, and increase the amount of useable space. By adding a full second floor to this ninety year old bungalow on Beaver Lake, we added enough space to accommodate a workout room and generous master suite. This project was awarded a NARI Regional Contractor of the Year Award for "Entire House Remodeling" in 1999.
