President
Jill Liptow

Since its founding in 1995, Jill was one of the original owners of RCI. She has worked in several capacities, including sales and design, managing production, and for the last few years as owner and president. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jill’s interest in the remodeling industry stems back to her childhood, where she grew up in a family-owned mechanical contracting business in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Jill has over 20 years of experience in the remodeling field, from managing a kitchen and bath showroom to working as an architectural designer for another design/build remodeling firm. Her soft approach and thorough understanding of remodeling provide unique leadership and vision for RCI.


Business Manager
Chad Liptow

A champion of modern business operations, Chad's focus is on the overall management of RCI along with the accounting processes.  Chad joined RCI in 2002 with a Master's degree in Business and Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He draws on his previous experience in sales and marketing with Hallmark Building Supplies, Inc. Clients appreciate Chad's calm demeanor and prompt attention to their questions and concerns.
